Haley Forbes graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Haley then completed her Master's degree in Science at Bridgewater State University, majoring in Strength and Conditioning. She played soccer at a high level throughout her life and now in her spare time loves weightlifting and listening to podcasts. She is currently also a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Personal Trainer in the private sector. She loves spreading awareness for brain health and helping people become better versions of themselves. Haley joined the HITSS team in May of 2022 as a recruitment assistant.
